About us
Företagsförmedlingen has been in operation since 2005 and was initially connected to a major Swedish bank. We are now an independent nationwide organisation with around fifty employees specialising in buying and selling owner-managed companies with a sale price in the range from the region of SEK 10 to 300 million. Since our establishment, we have closed more than 2,000 deals.

We manage the whole change process from start to finish
If you are faced with a generational change, thinking of selling your company or maybe acquiring another business, or are in need of a valuation, our experienced transaction advisors are on hand throughout the process. This always starts with preparatory work before the change of ownership, and ends once the transfer is complete.
We also have access to a number of partners, who can assist with everything from legal and tax issues to business administration and finance.

We are close to both buyers and sellers
We have a broad and effective network of contacts. To stay close to the market and reach out to buyers and sellers alike, we have a collaborative brokerage service covering the whole of Sweden which we use to co-ordinate contact channels, alongside the collective experience of our transaction advisors.
Our own national matching system helps us to find the right buyer for each business, and vice versa. The matching system also makes it possible to identify the latest bidders within a given industry.
We are in close contact with more than 1,000 investors who regularly purchase companies. We make some 500 company visits per year and work with corporate and private client advisors at Sweden’s major commercial banks, enabling us to develop new contacts with investors at home and abroad.
